Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Hebrews 12:2)
Steps to determine where God is calling you to serve in ministry:

2. Reflect on areas of service that God is opening up to you
3. Examine your God-given abilities and talents and desires
4. Recognize the supernatural gifts that God's Spirit gives
5. Begin trying out different areas of service to the Lord
6. Evaluate which areas bring you joy and fulfillment and allow you best to exercise
your spiritual gifts.
